At 3 Squares Gourmet we offer a wide range of formats, menu selections and services for offices, home and special events. We deliver to most locations in San Diego County. Chef Clyde Van Arsdall is executive chef of 3 Squares Gourmet as well as Keg and Bottle Wine Cellars. 3 Squares offers everything from Organic Butchering Classes to wine dinners. We specialize in unique events like on site paella preparations and extreme cooking like crab boils, pig roasts and clam bakes. We like a challenge. We support sustainable business practices such as growing our own herbs, composting our green waste, aggressively recycling and using compostable or recyclable disposables. We also support and participate in our elementary school gardening program with hands on involvement and field trips to our kitchen to use produce the children have grown.
